In Germany, we develop and manufacture all core components on our own that are essential for the product quality. That gives us end-to-end control over the quality of our lines and enables us to develop customized line concepts for your individual product requirements.
Our single-screw extruders are made of a highly wear-resistant material provided by our sister company Reiloy. In addition, we offer multi-purpose extruders for processing of all standard polymers, and extruders optimized for a special material formulation.
Our REItruder twin-screw extruders can process virgin PET, recycled PET, PET flakes, additives and fillers directly. The energy-intensive and costly pre-drying and compounding are omitted. Production on a REItruder takes place in a single operation, from the basic product to the end product, with no intermediate cooling and re-melting of the plastic material. Twin-screw extruders from our sister company Reifenhäuser Extrusion Technology are especially designed for integration in cast film and sheet extrusion lines.
REIcofeed C is the most economic solution for companies who produce few or similar composite structures. Layer tolerances can easily be regulated by exchangeable pins.
With REIcofeed 1.0 you can regulate the outer layers via adjustable slides during running production. That reduces the waste resulting from product changes to a minimum and increases the availability of the line.

ISR-II gap adjusting system for thick film dies

MIDEX-RA rotary arm winders are optimally suited for users who want to further process their products without previous rewinding and converting. The phase of uncontrolled winding tensions during reel change can be reduced to about 30 percent with the rotary arm technology. The result: 70 percent fewer rejects.

With our slide winders, a minor increase of the winding diameter has a great effect on the productivity. A change from 1,000 to 1,200 mm results in a 45 percent increase of running meters per reel. The advantage: Fewer reel changes, especially for conversion.
The MIDEX-HSS series provided with centre drive has been optimized for winding of stiff and thick films while MIDEX-HSD winders with two centre drives are ideally suited for thinner films.
